• Payments start Oct. 1 at Estadio Neza 86 for registered families who present the census receipt, official ID and CURP, with additional delivery points to follow as the count advances.
• Mexico City reports 3,521 damaged homes and an initial 100 million pesos in support, with flood depths ranging from 15 centimeters to 1.5 meters in the most affected neighborhoods.
• Conagua says water has been pumped down in Nezahualcóyotl and Iztapalapa and will detail works within about 15 days to rehabilitate key collectors and correct reverse slopes, including the Vicente Villada line.
