Former head of anti-kidnapping unit in Mexico arrested in connection with disappearance of 43 students in 2014
Students were abducted by security forces and turned over to a local drug gang, who apparently killed and burned them
Growing evidence suggests police and military collusion with drug traffickers may have been involved in the abduction
Four other soldiers are already in pre-trial detention, including a commander who allegedly ordered the murder of six of the men
The soldiers are alleged to have cooperated with corrupt police in kidnapping the students before handing them over to the crime syndicate Guerreros Unidos
