Overview
- Announced in Mexico City during Mark Carney’s two‑day visit, the Plan of Action 2025–2028 sets priorities spanning trade facilitation, investment, port connectivity, energy, sustainable mining, labour mobility, environment and health, with periodic joint evaluations.
