Overview

  • Sedatu reports 300,000 units in process nationwide, equal to 70% of the 2025 goal of 400,000, and says land reserves now cover roughly 900,000 future homes.
  • Infonavit projects about 302,171 homes contracted or under construction by year‑end, with 110,228 already started and a new portal to publish contracts, prices and project data.
