Overview

• The body of Father Bertoldo Pantaleón Estrada, 58, was found on Oct. 6 inside a vehicle near kilometer 199 of the México–Acapulco highway in Eduardo Neri after he was last seen on Oct. 4 in Azcala/Atzala.
• The Guerrero state prosecutor opened a homicide case, and ministerial investigators and forensic personnel processed the scene as part of a coordinated operation with the National Guard and the Army.
