Mexican Authorities Arrest ‘Lord Pádel’ and Three Associates in Cancun

The detainees in the attempted homicide investigation have been transferred to ministerial custody after two presented unnotified amparo filings.

Overview

  • FGJEM executed four arrest warrants at Cancun International Airport in coordination with FGR, Interpol, CONASE and Quintana Roo prosecutors.
  • The detainees include Alejandro Germán “N” (alias 'Lord Pádel'), his wife Karla Alejandra “N”, his son Germán “N” and associate Othón “N”.
  • They are charged with qualified attempted homicide for the July 19 assault on instructor Israel Morales Hernández at the Alfa Pádel club in Atizapán de Zaragoza.
