Overview

  • On July 13 the STC began broadcasting stress-management and positive-emotion capsules on ISA TV screens in 70 Metro stations.
  • QR codes displayed in stations link riders to Wellbeing360.tv where over 80 specialist conferences are available free of charge.
  • A total of 2,885 Auxiliary and Banking & Industrial police officers have completed crisis-intervention training led by Salvemos Vidas psychologists with support from IAPA.
  • Trained officers are now designated as first responders to assist users exhibiting suicidal ideation or acute emotional distress.
  • The initiative reflects a collaboration between STC, ISA Corporativo, Tecmilenio’s Instituto del Propósito y Bienestar Integral and Fundación Eva de Camou to support the city’s four million daily Metro users.
