  • Recent warrant exercises added 27.5 million shares, bringing total shares outstanding to 739.7 million as of Aug. 26, and the firm redeemed ¥5.25 billion of its 19th Series ordinary bonds early.
  • Shares rose about 5.7% to close at 890 yen on the announcement, and holdings stand at 18,991 BTC, placing the firm among Asia’s largest corporate Bitcoin treasuries.
