Jodi Benson used the pseudonym 'Suzetta Miñet' to voice Eva in Metal Gear Solid 3, a decision influenced by her family-friendly career image.
The alias was inspired by Benson's childhood pet, Suzette Monet, as suggested by the game's voice director, Kris Zimmerman Salter.
Benson will reprise her role as Eva in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake, with some new dialogue recorded.
The revelation came through Konami's Metal Gear Solid Legacy Series, which features interviews with original cast members.
While the original game's voice work will largely remain intact in the remake, the release date for Metal Gear Solid Delta is yet to be announced.
