Overview

• Police were called at about 10:00 after relatives reported a man inside the Stow Crescent home with a gun making threats to harm himself and to kill.
• Trained negotiators remained on scene for roughly four hours before officers entered by force around 14:00 after hearing a bang and discharged their weapons.
