Met Police Officer Charged with Multiple Sexual Offences, Remanded in Custody

Pc Dion Arnold faces charges of rape and sexual assault following an off-duty incident, with internal disciplinary measures activated.

Pc Dion Arnold, a serving Metropolitan Police officer, has been charged with four counts of rape, two counts of assault by penetration, and one count of sexual assault.
The charges stem from a report earlier this year concerning alleged off-duty conduct by the officer.
Arnold was arrested by Surrey Police on March 29, 2025, and formally charged on March 31 at Guildford Magistrates’ Court.
He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear next at Guildford Crown Court on May 1, 2025.
The Metropolitan Police has suspended Arnold from duty and referred the case to its Directorate of Professional Standards for internal review.
