  • A misconduct panel concluded on July 3, 2025, that PCs Ben Jeffries and Wayne Sansom committed gross misconduct and ordered their immediate dismissal
  • Jeffries sent a colleague an unsolicited photograph of his genitals using her phone during an August 2021 Extinction Rebellion protest
  • In November 2021 at Wembley Police Station, Sansom broke wind within inches of a female officer’s face
  • Both officers made racist, sexist and homophobic remarks toward colleagues while serving in the North West Command
