Notarías are offering 50%–75% fee reductions, with some waivers for vulnerable groups, and several states have confirmed extensions into October or beyond. In CDMX, notary fees are about 3,800 pesos in September and October, while DGRT lists in-person options from 601 pesos for older adults to 2,614 pesos for adults with legacies. Newly published tariffs include Estado de México at 1,000 pesos for older adults and 2,000 general, Chihuahua at 507 pesos for an ológrafo, Guerrero at 500 for seniors and 1,500 general, and Veracruz at 1,500 general and 1,200 for seniors. Targeted programs include Coahuila with free wills for firefighters and police, Sonora and Yucatán offering ológrafos gratis, and Chiapas maintaining discounts for 100 days from September 1. Authorities confirm the minimum signing age is 16 and note that CDMX DGRT offices and regional modules, including Testamóvil units, are receiving applicants during posted hours with ID and registration.
