- Each venue serves a three-course fixed menu capped at $30,000 that includes an entrée, main course and dessert
- Diners can reserve tables directly with venues or through Emetur’s official website and Instagram account
- More than 60 venues are in Gran Mendoza; other regions such as Valle de Uco, Zona Sur, Zona Este and Precordillera and Alta Montaña showcase regional specialties
