- Decree 1138 formalized the Acceso Este (Ruta Provincial 22) award to the UTE Ayfra S.R.L.‑Green S.A. and officials said work will begin in July under a basic contract of about $63.9 billion and a total program cost reported near $88.5 billion.
- Evaluators chose the Ayfra‑Green offer because it cut the execution schedule from 30 to 22 months and earned the highest technical score, a decision driven by the corridor’s very high volumes of traffic and an investment‑return study that valued an eight‑month acceleration at roughly $478 million.
- On June 11 the province opened economic bids for the new 60‑metre bridge at Aristóbulo del Valle on Acceso Sur, receiving ten offers; the project has an official budget of about $5.7 billion, a 13‑month term and will be financed with Fondos del Resarcimiento.
