Mel Tucker's Appeal Denied, Sexual Harassment Case Closed

Michigan State University ends over a year-long investigation into allegations made by advocate Brenda Tracy.

Former Michigan State head football coach Mel Tucker's appeal of sexual harassment findings has been denied, closing the case.
Tucker had been under investigation since December 2022, following a complaint filed by Brenda Tracy, a sexual violence prevention advocate.
Tracy accused Tucker of making sexual comments and masturbating during a phone call in April 2022.
Michigan State fired Tucker in September 2023, citing his behaviors which brought public disrespect upon the university.
Tucker was in the third year of a $95 million, 10-year contract and was due to earn about $80 million remaining on the deal.
