McLaren Unveils Special Livery Honoring Historic Triple Crown Wins
- McLaren released images of an orange, white and black livery it will use at the Monaco Grand Prix and Spanish Grand Prix to celebrate its 60-year history and becoming the only team to win motorsport's triple crown.
- The livery takes inspiration from McLaren cars that won the Indianapolis 500, Monaco Grand Prix and 24 Hours of Le Mans.
- McLaren won the 1974 Indy 500 with Johnny Rutherford, the 1984 Monaco Grand Prix with Alain Prost and the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans.
- McLaren is running three special liveries on its Indy 500 entries representing each triple crown victory.
- The new livery will debut at the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend and remain for the Spanish Grand Prix the following week.
