McLaren Expands Driver Programme With Ella Häkkinen and Ella Stevens, Adds Second F1 Academy Entry for 2026

  • McLaren signed 14-year-old Ella Häkkinen and 19-year-old Ella Stevens to its Driver Development Programme as part of a broadened female talent pathway.
