Overview

• The 12:30 a.m. collision on July 28 at Richmond Road and McCullom Lake Road involved a southbound 2006 Audi striking a 2015 Nissan Sentra and an unoccupied 2003 Toyota Echo.
• A 19-year-old woman and a 14-year-old boy in the Sentra were pronounced dead at the scene by the McHenry County Coroner’s Office.
• The 18-year-old Audi driver, the only occupant of his vehicle, remains in serious condition at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital.
