Míchel Makes Multiple Changes for Ajax Trip to Groningen

Projected rotation and injuries put pressure on Ajax's attack following a draw with NEC, a loss to Hajduk Split, ongoing fixture congestion.

Overview

Pre-match coverage on Sunday reports a consensus predicted Ajax XI with Marc ter Stegen returning in goal and several enforced changes to the outfield side.
Voetbalzone and Yahoo Sports predict the starting lineup will include Lucas Rosa, Thilo Kehrer, Youri Baas and Owen Wijndal in defence and Jorthy Mokio, Davy Klaassen and Julian Brandt in midfield.
Jorthy Mokio is expected to start in a holding/midfield role in place of Sofyan Amrabat, a tactical tweak aimed at adding mobility to counter Groningen's energy.
Kasper Dolberg and Steven Berghuis are confirmed unavailable through injury, and recent signing Simon Adingra is not yet fully match-fit, reducing Ajax's attacking options.
The match kicks off Sunday at 16:45 on ESPN 2, with Groningen buoyed by a 1-5 win over Excelsior and Ajax under added pressure after recent poor results.
