McDonald's Expands Breakfast Menu with $1 Deals and Krispy Kreme Partnership

The fast-food giant marks 50 years of the Egg McMuffin with nationwide promotions and new menu additions, including Krispy Kreme doughnuts at select locations.

McDonald's is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Egg McMuffin with $1 Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin with Egg offers available through its app on March 2, National Egg McMuffin Day.
From March 3 to March 30, customers can use the McDonald's app to get a buy-one-get-one-free Sausage McMuffin with Egg when placing a McDelivery order.
Krispy Kreme doughnuts are now available at McDonald's locations in New York City, joining other cities like Chicago and Cleveland, with plans to expand to over half of U.S. locations by the end of 2025 and nationwide by the end of 2026.
Bagel breakfast sandwiches, such as Bacon, Egg & Cheese and Steak, Egg & Cheese, are now available at McDonald's locations across the United States for the first time.
