MCC Extends NEET PG Round 1 and Round 2 Resignation Window to December 26, 6 PM

Resignations are validated by a college-issued letter generated on the MCC portal.

Overview

  • The resignation facility opened on December 22 at 2 p.m. and will close on December 26, 2025 at 6 p.m.
  • Candidates holding Round 1 or Round 2 seats can initiate the process via mcc.nic.in.
  • A physical visit to the allotted college is mandatory, and the college must generate the Resignation Letter through the MCC portal or the resignation will be treated as null and void.
  • Round-2 joiners and candidates who accepted an upgraded Round-2 seat may resign only with forfeiture of the security deposit within the window.
  • MCC said the extension follows numerous requests from PG candidates as state counselling results are being declared.
