Overview
- The Meghalaya Board of School Education has published the SSLC (Class 10) theory schedule covering exams from December 4 to December 16, 2026, with English first and Mathematics last.
- Most theory papers are set for 10:00 am to 1:00 pm while vocational theory papers will run one hour from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
- The official programme lists Indian language options including Garo, Khasi, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Urdu and Mizo and allows vocational courses such as Beauty and Wellness, Tourism, Health Care and Electronics in place of Computer Science or Health and Physical Education.
- Reports conflict on pre-exam hall timings—one account says halls open at 9:30 am while another says 9:00 am—so the board’s official notification should be consulted for authoritative procedures and any later amendments.
- Copies of the CM IMPACT guidebook have begun reaching district headquarters and some schools this week, and the board reiterated that the timetable could be revised if important state or central events fall on the scheduled dates.
