  • Mazda will begin producing the third-generation CX-5 in October 2025, with dealer deliveries planned for December and a German market launch in early 2026.
  • The crossover’s wheelbase has grown by 115 millimeters to 2,815 mm, stretching overall length to 4.69 m and boosting cargo volume to 583 L (2,019 L with seats down).
  • Under the hood, a single 2.5-liter e-Skyactiv G engine delivers 141 PS and 238 Nm of torque, paired with a 24-volt mild-hybrid system and a six-speed automatic transmission.
  • The model’s cockpit replaces physical controls with a 12.9-inch or 15.6-inch central touchscreen and adds wireless smartphone integration, inductive charging and an optional head-up display.
  • Mazda has priced the entry-level front-wheel-drive CX-5 at about €35,000 and streamlined its lineup into four trims backed by a six-year or 150,000 km warranty.
