Tim Hardaway Jr. and Kyrie Irving led the Dallas Mavericks to a 125-120 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans, scoring 41 and 42 points respectively.
Despite the absence of star player Luka Doncic due to an ankle sprain, the Mavericks managed to outscore the Pelicans 33-21 in the fourth quarter.
Hardaway was particularly effective from behind the arc, hitting nine of his 15 3-point attempts.
Dallas also outrebounded the Pelicans 42-37, with Dereck Lively contributing 12 rebounds after a five-game absence.
The Mavericks are now set to face the LA Lakers in their next game.
