- Mixed commissions with three internal and three external members plus an external president will conduct the Italian written test on June 18, the subject-specific test on June 19 and the oral exams from June 23.
- The national Italian exam offers seven essay prompts split between text analysis, argumentative writing and current events.
- Admission to the exams requires completion of PCTO hours, at least 75% attendance and participation in INVALSI tests, with a conduct grade of six triggering an additional oral essay on active citizenship.
- Students’ final scores combine up to 40 points of school credit with up to 60 points from exam results, and high achievers can earn up to five bonus points or a lode distinction.
- Candidates who miss a test for force majeure can recover papers during the first supplementary session beginning July 2 under regional office coordination.
