Matt Wallace made history on Saturday by becoming the first male professional in a top flight tournament to birdie every hole on either the back nine or the front nine.
Wallace's performance at the DP World Tour Championship thrust him into contention heading into the final round.
His score of 60, including nine consecutive birdies, equals the European tour record set by James Nitties in the 2019 Vic Open.
Wallace now leads the tournament at 16-under overall, one stroke ahead of Tommy Fleetwood and Viktor Hovland.
Despite the impressive performance, Wallace narrowly missed out on carding only the second 59 in European tour history.
