- Project managers released a design‑build request for proposals that formally moves the Sagamore Bridge from planning into procurement and invites final bids next year.

- The funding package for the Sagamore replacement totals about $2.4 billion made up of roughly $1.3 billion in federal grants, $750 million in state support, and $350 million from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
