• The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office confirmed the remains are those of Amy Nadolny, 41, of Middleborough.
• Massachusetts State Police located the body around 10 a.m. on Sept. 19 in a wooded area along train tracks near 419 Main Street in Wareham.
• Authorities are treating the case as an unattended death investigation involving State Police, Middleborough police and Wareham police.
• The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has not released the manner or cause of death and will make that determination.
• Nadolny was reported by her family as last seen on Sept. 7, and media aerial footage showed investigators combing the tracks and nearby woods, noting two red plastic bags not identified by officials as evidence.
