• Douglas Herlihy, 39, was taken into custody Tuesday in Saugus, Massachusetts, under a warrant charging him with second-degree murder.
• Authorities say Paul Herlihy, 50, died from blunt force trauma and was found in his Milford home during a welfare check in August 2003.
