Overview
- Ukraine reported that Russia launched 173 attack and decoy drones on the night of Sept. 25–26 and that air-defence forces shot down or suppressed 134 of them.
- Physical strikes on Kyiv data centres between Sept. 23 and Sept. 25 damaged hosting and telecom equipment, caused outages that affected about 100,000 households, and forced some media outlets to suspend broadcasts.
- Russian drone and missile strikes on Sept. 25–26 caused civilian deaths and injuries across Kyiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and other regions and damaged homes, warehouses and energy and transport sites.
