Masked Robbers Armed with Machete and Pepper Spray Target Cash Transporter in Berlin

Two employees were attacked while loading valuables into an unmarked vehicle in Charlottenburg, with one requiring hospital treatment.

The robbery occurred on Wednesday morning, April 2, 2025, in Schillerstraße, Berlin-Charlottenburg.
Two masked assailants, one armed with a machete and the other with pepper spray, attacked employees of a cash transport company.
The 55-year-old employee suffered eye irritation from pepper spray and was treated at a hospital, while the 57-year-old employee was unharmed.
The robbers stole valuables, including gold and jewelry, and fled the scene; the transporter was unmarked to conceal its purpose.
The robbery division of Police Directorate 2 is investigating, but no suspects have been identified or apprehended yet.
