A suspect wearing a Halloween mask remains at large after stabbing a man outside a Long Island mental health facility.

The stabbing occurred around 4:10 p.m. in a parking lot outside Hands Across Long Island in Central Islip.
The victim was seated in the driver's seat of a parked vehicle when the attacker approached and stabbed him.
The man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, and his identity has not been released.
Suffolk County Police are investigating the motive behind the attack, which took place in broad daylight.
