The Maryland State Police Homicide Unit, along with crime scene technicians and the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services Internal Investigative Unit, is conducting the ongoing investigation.
The case will be presented to the Allegany County State’s Attorney’s Office for review once the investigation is completed.
