- Insomniac announced June 2 at PlayStation’s State of Play that pre-orders for Marvel’s Wolverine are now live and the game will launch on September 15, 2026.
- The publisher is selling only two versions: a $69.99 Standard Edition that includes the base game and a $79.99 Digital Deluxe Edition that adds exclusive suits, claws, and extra technique points.
- Any pre-order grants early-access digital bonuses—Classic Brown suit, Reflective Claws, one technique point, and four PlayStation avatars—that unlock sooner in play for early buyers.
- Digital Deluxe cosmetics are locked to that edition and cannot be obtained otherwise, though Standard pre-orders (digital or physical) can upgrade to Deluxe later for $10 through the PlayStation Store.
- The game is exclusive to PlayStation 5/PS5 Pro and is available from the PlayStation Store and major retailers, a release strategy that limits platform access and leaves collectors without a traditional physical Collector’s Edition.
