Overview

  • In March 2025 the County Court in Guildford issued a bankruptcy order against Martine McCutcheon, filed under her married name Martine McManus, after a petition by LDF Finance over unpaid debts.
  • Two months before the insolvency order, McCutcheon sold her Surrey home at a £250,000 discount to help cover mounting financial obligations.
  • Her company Raven Music Ltd was wound up at HMRC’s request in June after accounts showed more than £175,000 in unpaid taxes from February 2022 onwards.
  • This marks McCutcheon’s second formal bankruptcy, following a 2013 filing at the High Court in London that was discharged in January 2014.
  • The downturn comes less than a year after her separation from husband Jack McManus and leaves her still facing unresolved liabilities to the petitioning finance company.
