• The hotline now covers 21 major banks and building societies, representing 99.2% of UK current accounts.
• Designed to prevent impersonation fraud, the 159 number is immune to spoofing, ensuring secure communication with banks.
• With over one million calls processed, the service continues to grow in usage, and smaller banks are encouraged to join to achieve full coverage.
