• Andicot will oversee both operations and development, with a mandate to deepen owner partnerships, speed conversions and openings, and strengthen regional leadership.
• As regional head of development, he helped secure agreements for more than 220 hotels across India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
• In India, his team achieved a record 2024 signing of 42 hotels totaling 7,000 rooms.
• Earlier in 2025, Marriott and Concept Hospitality agreed to affiliate 115 properties from The Fern with Series by Marriott, extending reach into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities such as Surat, Shimla, Jalandhar and Coorg.
• Recent momentum includes a July multi-deal with Ventive Hospitality for additions in India and Sri Lanka, supported by Andicot’s nearly three decades of hospitality experience.
