- Bookings must be made November 10–16, 2025 on the Homes & Villas by Marriott site, with registration required by November 16 for Silver through Ambassador Elite members.
- Qualifying stays must be whole-home rentals of at least two consecutive nights with a pre-fee minimum spend of $2,000, excluding taxes, cleaning and booking fees.
- Eligible stays can be completed from November 11, 2025 through December 31, 2026, allowing long lead-time planning under the promo.
- Payment must be made with cash or a credit card, and any stay using points in whole or in part does not earn the 26,000-point bonus.
- Frequent Miler highlights cost offsets such as a reported Amex Offer ($250 back on $1,000), reader-reported split payments to use multiple offers, and potential shopping-portal cashback.
