Mark Eydelshteyn Cast as Mr. Smith in 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith' Season 2

The breakout star of Palme d’Or-winning 'Anora' joins the Prime Video series as its first confirmed cast member for the new season.

Mark Eydelshteyn, known for his role in the acclaimed film 'Anora,' will play Mr. Smith in Season 2 of 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith.'
Season 2 will feature new lead characters, with Eydelshteyn's role as Mr. Smith distinct from Donald Glover's portrayal in Season 1.
Donald Glover and Francesca Sloane return as executive producers, with Sloane continuing as showrunner for the espionage-driven series.
The first season of the show, which debuted in February 2024, earned 16 Emmy nominations and won two awards, including Guest Actress in a Drama Series for Michaela Coel.
Prime Video has not confirmed whether Glover or Maya Erskine will reprise their Season 1 roles following its cliffhanger finale.
