DAZN officially announced the bout for Saturday, Feb. 21, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas with streaming on DAZN Ultimate or pay-per-view.
Garcia challenges for his first world title at 147 pounds after his April 2024 win over Devin Haney was overturned due to a positive test and a subsequent one-year suspension.
Garcia’s most recent outing was a decision loss to Rolando Romero in May 2025, when Romero claimed the WBA welterweight title.
Barrios enters as the WBC welterweight champion at 29-2-2, having won the interim belt in 2023 against Yordenis Ugas and defended in 2024 versus Fabian Maidana.
