• Seattle announced the signing on Aug. 20 and placed the 32-year-old right-hander with the Tacoma Rainiers.
• Fulmer debuted for Tacoma on Wednesday with a scoreless sixth inning, allowing one hit and striking out one batter.
• This is his fourth organization of 2025 after he was released by the Royals’ Triple-A Omaha affiliate.
