Mariah the Scientist Arrested on Battery Charges After Nightclub Incident in Atlanta

The singer, real name Mariah Buckles, was charged following an altercation where she allegedly attacked a woman by pulling her wig and dragging her.

Mariah the Scientist was arrested and charged with battery and simple battery after an incident on March 28 at Cavo Kitchen & Cocktails in Atlanta.
The victim reported minor injuries and claimed the attack was unprovoked; she was unable to identify her assailant immediately due to not wearing glasses.
According to police reports, the altercation began when a drink was allegedly thrown at Mariah, leading to a physical confrontation.
Mariah has posted a $5,000 bond and is ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from the nightclub.
The incident occurred just as Mariah the Scientist is concluding her 'To Be Eaten Alive' tour with a final show in Atlanta.
