Maria Menounos and husband welcome baby girl via surrogate after fertility struggles

The couple had been trying to get pregnant for 10 years and used frozen embryos.
Menounos had previously faced fertility issues and was diagnosed with brain and pancreatic cancer.
The baby's name, Athena Alexandra, was revealed on Menounos' podcast in April.
Despite difficulties, Menounos remained determined to start a family and expressed joy at their "miracle baby."
