Marco Reus Signs with LA Galaxy After 12-Year Dortmund Stint

The German midfielder joins the MLS club on a two-and-a-half-year deal, bringing his extensive experience and leadership to the team.

Reus, 35, left Borussia Dortmund at the end of last season and joins LA Galaxy as a free agent.
He scored 170 goals and provided 131 assists in 429 games for Dortmund.
Reus has been named Bundesliga Footballer of the Year twice, in 2012 and 2019.
The Galaxy acquired his rights from Charlotte FC for $400,000 in general allocation money.
LA Galaxy are currently leading the Western Conference and aim to bolster their squad for the playoffs.
