Marathi Actor Urmila Kothare’s Car Accident Leaves One Dead and Another Injured

The accident occurred in Mumbai's Kandivali area when the actor's driver lost control of the speeding vehicle, hitting two metro workers.

One labourer, Samratdas Jeetendradas, was killed, and another, Saajan Bablu Ravidas, sustained serious injuries and is hospitalized.
Urmila Kothare and her driver, Gajanand Gunnipal, suffered minor injuries but survived due to the timely deployment of the car's airbags.
Police have registered a case against the driver for rash driving and causing death by negligence, and investigations are ongoing.
Kothare, a prominent Marathi actor, was returning home after completing a shoot when the incident occurred.
