Manhunt Underway After Harlem Homicides and Bronx Taxi Shooting as Chicago Probes Multiple Gun Incidents

Law enforcement has arrested one suspect over a Bronx taxi shooting, with police in New York and Chicago searching for remaining gunmen in separate daytime and overnight attacks.
