Manhunt Underway After Explosions and Fire in Gosford Office Buildings

Witnesses reported seeing a man throw an incendiary device into one of the buildings before fleeing the scene.
Police are seeking a suspect described as a short, chubby man in his 60s, wearing all-black clothing and a face covering.
Emergency services, including 40 firefighters and 11 fire trucks, quickly contained the fire, and only one person was treated for smoke inhalation.
