Overview

• The New York State Supreme Court indictment charges Bundrick with three counts of second-degree murder, four counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree assault.
• Prosecutors allege a pattern from April 2023 to February 2024 in which men were given fentanyl-laced drugs, rendered unconscious and then robbed of phones, money, watches, clothing and sneakers.
• The deaths of Mario Paullan, 42, on April 30, 2023, Miguel Navez, 39, on Sept. 27, 2023, and Abrihan Fernandez, 34, on Feb. 25, 2024, are cited in the indictment.
• Investigators say a March 5 search recovered four pairs of victims’ sneakers from Bundrick’s home, and that she used stolen cellphones and Fernandez’s credit card after the incidents.
• Bundrick remains in custody as the state case moves into pretrial proceedings, and the Manhattan DA has asked additional potential victims to contact investigators.
