Mandarin Oriental Plans 2030 Golf Resort and Residences at Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates

The Wasl partnership introduces the brand’s first dedicated golf resort in Dubai, extending a UAE portfolio that spans beach and downtown addresses.

Overview

  • Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates will feature a 121‑room hotel and 97 branded villas ranging from three to six bedrooms.
  • The resort’s wellness hub centers on The Spa at Mandarin Oriental with nearly 5,000 square metres dedicated to treatments, gender‑segregated pools, an outdoor meditation area, a salon and a barber.
  • Guests and residents will access Jumeirah Golf Estates facilities including an 18‑hole championship course, driving range, academy and a clubhouse with lounges, pro shop, gym and sports bar.
  • A 7,000‑square‑metre equestrian centre with indoor and outdoor arenas, training facilities, stabling, retail and scenic riding trails is planned on site.
  • Six dining venues, a kids’ club and nursery, plus extensive meeting and event spaces with a large ballroom and outdoor venues round out the lifestyle offering.
